Born in Brazil, 1982, I live and work in Helsinki, Finland — the World Design capital — for over ten years.

My work background is in design, marketing and analytics. I have worked with clients like Stora Enso, Finnair, Pfizer, CAT/Finning, Fiskars, Reima, Paulig, VR, Posti, Adega Brasil and others.

I love small businesses. I love to help them to operate like the big guys.

My mother had a small fashion business when I was young. Some good years, and believe me, some very difficult ones.

 

From young age I learned that you need to understand supply chain, market needs and the customer's point of view to design a proper journey. I didn't know the terms back then, but I knew what had to be done.

This is a great opportunity for you to learn what service design is, how it can work for your business (your own or the company you work in).
